Leroy,

I concur wholeheartedly! The company appears to be on a good
track forward. However, shareholders, the investor foundation upon
which a company is built, must be kept informed of vital information
relative to their investments in a timely and accurate fashion.

We obviously have a consensus of opinion on this issue among most
if not all of the shareholders who post here and on other boards.

I believe the company has a bright future. That belief is based
on the management's demonstrated ability and performance to date.
What I believe won't help get this share price up, it's what the
investment community as a whole believes and to make them believers,
you need to show them the numbers and justify future growth projections based on the past performance.

See you all at the conference call -

Kevin

LeroyT,

Finally, at the end of 1997 there were about 24 million shares. 2.2 million are being issued to Myriad in that transaction. Therefore, nearly 16 million shares have NOT been publicly accounted for. Who owns them and why were they issued? We deserve a clear explanation for this issue

I concur 100%. I have posed this question quite a few times along with some others on the thread. Actually I reposed the question yesterday I believe. Instead of bickering with LE, INTHEFLESH should answer such basic questions because they are NOT "forward looking".

On every other thread of any stock I've followed and/or owned there is quite a ruckus made when new shares are issued, and there is always a demand for a reason. Here, only the minority ask why.. which is strange.

Instead of always blaming the market makers when you see 20 consecutive buys and no movement upward, think about all the new shares issued in the past 3 months.. and ask yourself if you know why the co. issued all of them.

Yours in dilution,
Mark
