I have been a holder for a few years and have experienced reverse splits with other issues before. IMO this is not a good phenomenon for shareholder value. Don't be surprised if the stock goes back to 1.00 after the reverse split. Do you really feel there will be support for the stock at $5.00.

I only post because this has happened to me before. I won't sell my 5,000 LASX purchased over $1.00, until year end selling.
