Staffing and placement company. (Right industry at right time)

$0.11 audited EPS in 1997. Announced about 3-4 times in press releases and conference calls.

However, people still holding back a bit because they have not yet submitted to SEC. (FAMH says they are in process of doing so.)

They have been growing through acquistion using restricted shares (12-24 month restriction). So now, share count has doubled since year-end 1997. Float is about 10 million shares

Folks were leary about that, but only profitable staffing companies have been purchased --> so this will add to bottom line.

FAMH announced 4 million share buyback last month.
They have purchased about 1 million so far.

They want to NASDAQ and announced last week a shell that is about to be delisted. (Calling it a Reverse Merger -- not a reverse split). This is the fast track to NASDAQ --> meeting cap, reporting and shareholder requirements.

The company is very open with info. Weekly conference calls, press releases.

People on SI have visited the offices. It's real

The SI thread header gives a lot more detail than I can here.

Read the header and listen to the conference call today.

Hoping FAMH will pick-up where DGIV left off.
