Pathetic. I have never seen a "legitimate" company owner so concerned about rumors and hype. Joe should just concentrate on his company's development.

He sounds like an insecure adolescent, much like the posters on this board.

Good God Joe, just get to work you old fool!

Dan if you had read Part 2 of the five part series you know that Old Joe cares for the Environment first and his shareholders second.

Joe does not want anyone of the small investors hurt because of false information propagated by the media. My sources tell me Ben Sullivan the guy who wrote " Financial Reports Cast Doubt on BAT's Future,'' in the Los Angeles Daily News yesterday was reprimanded by his boss for not getting his facts straight.

Despite the fact that BAAT has an e-mail list and provides frequent updates on the web site several shareholders it seems call BAAT sometimes 3 times a day. Joe wants to focus on the job at hand and would rather not see his staff spend all day answering phone calls. Come monday changes will be made in the phone system directing callers to the web site and only urgent calls will be entertained.

As far as BAAT generating revenues anywhere from $ 30 mm - $ 36 mm I'm told that figure is for the next 12 months and not for year 1998.

My prediction for Friday is that the stock should gap up at the open and finish strongly because of today press release.
