Might take a little longer to pre-announce.

This is fiscal Q4. There are always a lot of year end adjustments and have to do hard audit to close books. Therefore, mopre work to do before pre-announce to ascertain just how bad things are. People don't want to pre-announce and then have actual results be far from pre-announce.

Also, maybe still trying to figure things out as getting near Q end.

I think 3/4 weeks window from here to pre-announce.
