That is a great post (although the link seems to have gone away). If we see the solicitation, we'll know for sure. I recall the specs were that the machines had to work with an Oracle database . . . who else can do that?

We're in the home stretch of the INS deal, I think, as long as the "Executive Office" of the naturalization division is the right one for this contract.
