Worse than the lawsuit are the denials. Once Cowpland is shown to be an untrustworthy liar as well as an incompetent and inept "manager" (let's not use the term officer or executive in the same sentence as this clown) the prospects for the stock will all but evaporate. Two potential circumstances may change that outcome: a) the buffoon steps down, b) those still holding the stock have already concluded the guy is a crook and that has been factored into the price. I suppose there is a third option which would at least defer attention away from the real issues, to wit, Corel buys a washed-up CPU maker and declares it will be going after Intel -- no less pathetic or laughable that this clowns attempt with Word Perfect.

...One analyst, who asked not to be unidentified, says San Jose, Calif.-based Adobe is
trying to put a value on Corel. The analyst pegged this value at about $2.50 (U.S.) a
share. The company's stock price has been hovering around $3 (Canadian) on the
Toronto Stock Exchange.
