Kip, when BAY moved to NYSE a few years ago, the stock was punished hard by the MMs. Does anyone remember what happened to AOL or other companies that made similar moves?

Since BFIT is expected to post a loss this quarter and may be next Q too, the dilution will help reduce the loss per share, thereby providing an opportunity for a positive surprise <g>.
