Joe,When your preselling an best efforts underwriting and getting back one and half shares for every share sold I would hope there would be alot of stock available with just enough info to get the existing share holders plus any one new to purchase stock.I dont think the Insiders of this company just fell off a TURNIP truck.I am still waiting for this co to tell us what is there net position and did they give ASHTON a further 10% MGT fee this year .Not this bogus 51 49 % that was posted up here the other day.All these releases and talk is absolutely useless till we understand % and giveaways to find out what the bottom line is.Most companies are proud of what they NEGOTIATE and put it out straight so the shareholder understands.
