<The general consensus among these people was that they were amazed at how little work was expected of them. In fact one of them compared the Borland Campus to "A Holiday Camp.">

VinWood,

Sometimes if you have to think for a living, being pounded upon accomplishes exactly the opposite of what the one doing pounding is hoping for. I've been there, anyone else care to comment on this? Besides, if they are really self-motivated people, they will rise to the top if Borland is as well-managed as I think it is. If those people you referred to actually lower themselves to lowest common denominator, they should not be there, and THEN if Borland didn't fire them, THEN I'd be concerned, but I think you really ought to give the company the benefit of the doubt, unless you are shorting the stock and don't want the company to remain successful, which is okay with me.

Care to comment?
Thanks - Dave
