There is no way the stock would have done 1 million shares in the last
45 minutes unless based on speculation or fact on some VOD thing - not this announcement today. In my opinion, where there is smoke there will eventually (if not now) be fire.

I also believe the trading pattern has been narrowing too much for a sale now with the idea of buying back at a materially lower price to be a good idea.
