Vin, replaced them with cheap foreign labor. My ex-roommate and his girlfriend(both software engineers) were both downsized by Apple. When they went back to visit the company their old jobs were being done by immigrant labor. Borland is doing the same thing, they are actively recruiting in India and England. Have you ever checked these cheap foreign labor 's educational backgrounds, experience/knowledge in the field ? What makes you think these cheap foreign labors are so inferior to your friends/or you that the company will go down the drain? Have you ever thought what kind of advantages of having these highly skilled hardworking folks will bring to the company and society? regards, BPP(Bipin's partner)
