Hubert, didnt you start another thread that would be a much more appropriate place for all of your posts. Please use it, your dribble is so old. Hinton keeps handing out shares, and you keep buying the stock. Afraid you might miss out on something??

>>> I do have a question though....how does a company that has no assets do a "cash deal"? Hmmmm? <<<

It's simple, Hubert. They merely bought it with all the virtual money they created by keeping the overhead down. Isn't money you DON'T spend obviously the equivalent of income?? The more you don't spend, the fuller your pocketbook must therefore be?? How else can you spend your way to prosperity? It's only common cents, or something like that. Dr. J didn't spend all those years creating the social security system with his head in the sand. Have some respect here.

But let's don't overlook the all-to-real fact that Telephoenetics has been to the altar before and failed to consummate the union. Could they be becoming a commodity?? Perhaps this phenomenon will force Urlman out of the woodwork for a pointless analysis in this turbulent period?!

Hubert,

Hey old buddy... Just relax! Have you considered that maybe the "good doctor" was able to fund this new acquisition through income generated from recent sales. Remember: 4th QTR 97 and 1st QTR 98 financials aren't out yet! You're just assuming they have no money, and are basing that assumption on old data. <G>

Regards,
Z
