TO THE BARON: In light of your post number 2973 on this thread posted at 11:13 AM EST this morning, I would like to request that you publicly respond to the following questions: At what time did Baron-Marney become aware of the contents of the press release posted on this thread at 5:18 PM EST? This question is not asking you when you first saw the release, it is asking you when you became aware of information which was ultimately contained in the release? Did you, Baron-Marney, have in your possession insider information at the time you posted earlier this morning in post 2973? Did you, Baron-Marney, have in your possession insider information at the time you placed orders to purchase shares of Oilex common stock during open market hours on March 19, 1998, assuming that such orders were in fact placed?
