BVSN surely is volatile and I am sure that it tough to hold when you have already made good short term gains. Here is what I think.

I don't think this is a head and shoulders. The most important thing to remember about this top pattern is that it must present itself with all features before it is to be trusted. BVSN looks more like a series of bull market flags that have rocketed upwards from 7 to 17. If you are concerned about protecting yourself then you might consider a stop loss in the low teens. If you are ready to close it out for your gains then maybe place stops closer on a progressive basis. If BVSN is going to keep on moving then you may be able to ride it further.

If you can get some old charts (about 2-3 years old) look at QDEK, SYSF and DIMD for real good examples of H&S tops.
