Flesh,

Can you please break out for us what the increase in shares from 22M to 41M was for step by step? (i.e. xxM shares for Myriad, xxM shares for NY temp company, xxM shares for xx reason) You said money raised for options and to grow the company.... How many options? Who got them? And to grow the company? Well it would be nice to update the shareholders in a press release.."issuing 10M shares to raise capital" BEFORE the fact. You said you wont comment on forward looking statements, but instead clarify what is already done. We'd like clarification on this....

Thanks in advance.. and I dont think its off handed to ask about 50% dilution. Call me silly.
Mark

INTHEFLESH,

You wrote "...9 cents to 60 cents..." What does that mean, exactly? Shouldn't it read "...11 cent to 60 cents..."?

Jim

I agree with Mark and I do NOT consider these questions "off handed" they are legitimate questions.

Please note the the share price has increase and I have made $$ for which I am grateful.

BUT, FAMH press releases in Oct. and Nov. of 1997 state EPS of 0.12 for 3rd quarter and 0.09 for 4th quarter. I based my initial purchases on the COMPANY statements. The EPS falls from 0.21 to 0.11 and the shares go up to 41 million. That is some very significant dilution of EPS. I didn't base my investment decision on buying a company with an EPS of 0.07 (although it's still not a bad deal).

But just because the EPS is low doesn't mean that the company can just dilute the stock. I greatly appreciate the value of options to management. BUT, how about the details??

The stock price was NOT 0.09 when I got there. It was around 0.30 for most of the last several months. So the price has approximately doubled. Not bad, but why should I hang on? If you get rid of me, I won't be the only one. IF you keep me, you will have a MUCH stronger following and WE DO own a large part of the company.

Thank you and keep up the good work. Later, Leroyt

Little Engine,

I now know who you are.

I am now going to find out why you are so interested in denigrating this stock.

Dexx>>>>>

Dexx post: "Hello Adam...having a good day?"

Fleshboy post: "p.s. hi LE oops adam"

Wow... twins! Is Dexx writing for Ira now?

Well, Ira, if you really know who I am, where I work, etc.... give me a call at work tomorrow.

I'll make you a deal: if you call, I will never post to this thread again.

If you don't, I will know you are a stranger to the truth... as phony as the 3rd quarter financials.... and so will everyone else. I know you were lying about knowing me... admit it already.

I await either your call or your incredibly lame excuse.

Love,
Little Engine
