Ken: I agree with your point. (Don't take me the wrong way here.) But if you did not know that this was a highly speculative stock and one where you stood to possibly lose your investment, then you should not be in the stock. I suspect that money managers might be able to make small bets and increase positions as more information becomes available. The stock isn't followed and until recently had no COC information available. I think it is valid to say that following BRE-X COC is a prerequisite to institutional interest. JLA
