Mike,

YES, Very familiar with penny stocks.

You can rest alot of the blame on todays action on the MARKET MAKERS. Obviously, they took you out!!

Their job is to make money. Simple and pure. They can move the bid/ask and open spreads at their leisure. They can cause forced panic selling which is EXACTLY what happened today. They made their money today on the WEAK hands who bought this stock earlier today on the run-up and also from the profit takers.

Mike, you need to go back to Stock Investing 101. I have a couple of good books I can recommend for you to start with.

Oh, and Mike....please dont bring President Clinton or the sexual goings ons at the White House. It hax NOTHING to do with DGIV and the stock market.

God, where did YOU come from??

Jane, LOL.......at the beach

Mike, you make a valid point, people need to do their own homework.
Jane, is not niave neither she nor I bought this company based on the alleged IBD article.

I bought this company because it is an Internet Telephony Company and has contracts for generating revenue already in place.

This is the wave of the future of Telecommunications and they already have a good start. The only others in the fray have prices at multiples of DGIV, this is a true Value Play without the IBD article and is a Definite Long in My book.

The action by the close was a bit skewed because we held 1.3125 up til the last 8-10 mins of trading and the facts about the article were known around 3:20pm if not sooner.

Daytraders and those which have not done thier homework were the ones selling helped by the MM's tanking of the bid as they sold.
I full well expect us to get a strong uptic tomorrow but, I don't really care what the heck this stock does tomorrow or next week.
I want to get a piece of those ~1-Mil a month in revenues.
as well as possibly licensing fee's of this technology.

We have a long way to go and $2.50 is just a Bump in da road
for DGIV, that will hardly be felt in the near future.

PS- did you decide to go short based on your perception of IR?
