Thanks for the info. I think that the premium issue is touchy but inevitable and is part of the reason that the smart money is getting back into these issues again. The ability for OXHP to increase margins is essential and will come at the expense of their quality. IMHO Aetna has a significantly inferior product to OXHP. The HMO penetration in NY is growing rapidly and the time is right for OXHP to get its financial house in order and to grow enrollment at higher premiums, a good formula if you ask me. The market is primed now for HMO coverage and OXHP stands to gain the most if they put this period behind them. DrRisk
