EXAC Downgrade?

Zack's report "for the most recent week" shows a downgrade from 2 "strong buy" recommendations to one "strong buy" and one "buy" recommendation.

Of course this may be out of date and First Call now shows up to 3 analysts (apparently with LaSalle being the new one) but it does NOT show the prediction of 50 cents for annual eps of LaSalle as their "high" estimate.

LaSalle recommended EXAC as an intermediate term buy and a long term strong buy:

Just pointing this out and may have little real meaning. I am currently out, having sold into the run-up, after "day trading" a couple of times in the $5-6 trading range.
