You should take a look at a company called Manhattan Scientifics, there working on a micro-fc, it could go the way of the chip. T. Lienau

But the Fuel Cell Ballard is trying to commercialize is basically the same Technology NASA has used in the Space program for years. Nothing about Fuel Cell technology has changed, just the procedures for trying to manufacture and mass produce the Fuel Cells. But those in the know say Microsoft copied the Windows technology from the Apple Mac, which got the technology, intially from Xerox. The changes to the windows SW is just a devious scheme to get you to upgrade and Make MSFT more Money. The same strategies won't work for a FC vehicle. Most drivers don't care whats under the hood. Even with Windows 98 MSFT could not change it that much from Windows 95. So Windows 98 is the last in that line of O/S. Next is Windows NT Consumer version.
