just contacted two firms schwab and opco. I cant borrow a single share !!!!!!!!!. inside the house or outside at institutions. As for the insider selling i believe there is 460,000 shs of 144 paper filed to come out, however these people have held this stock for years and are simply taking profit on there extended investment. (i would do the same) take a look at the institutions that hold this paper. smith barney= 18.91% 1.46 mil jack rifkin is on the board + #3 guy at travellers/smith barney scantek= 13.00% 1.o mil brounstein 10.91% 842,000 ceo bear stearns 3.83% 250,000 = all purchased in last quarter food for thought, listen to there confrence calls and the analyst who ask detailed questions. more than a dozen represantitives from some of the largest wall street brokerage houses have been present and asking questions, yet they currently dont have research on hmsc. I think (and betting large) in the very near future some of the larger well respected houses are going to pick up coverage and the stock is going to run and the shorts are going to get hurt !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! P.S. nasdaq short intrest states 460,000 shs are short as of late feb 1998 Float is only 5.74 million. this is 8.01% and climbing. very stupid and soon to be very painful. do yourself a favor and cover your short while you are in the money. it takes no size at all to move the stock. As for the 144a people it looks like they want to get at least $10. more importantly the inside management of brounstein, hollander, and whidden have not filed. I hope those 144 a people sell fast and low so i can buy on the cheap and there will be no resistance for the long haul when the shorts cover in size. You have respected points about the copywrite, however pssi salesman are going to get the product out in the next year.
