Good point to you too.
I don't think Ira would be paying himself with the shares though.
It probably cost a few to recruit the IT veteran and other new key personnel. And some more for the smaller acquisitions.

There would be some restrictions on the shares, so I'm not sure if they are immediately in the float.

FLESH, you've done well for us so far, keep it up, but put us at ease with the info we need:
1) 1997 Financials
2) Common Share amounts that have been used for recent purchases and recruitments

Leroy, That sure was a nice strong finish, in the last two hours today. In my opinion the charts on FAMH are looking very favorable.

I believe that Ira stated in the last conference call that insiders owned 70% to 75% of the shares. That would put the float at 10 to 12 million. The float was apx 7 million after the 504 shares were added. And the outstanding shares were apx 24 million. It looks to me like the additional shares are in strong hands.
