Can not comment on the contractural matters to which you refer as there is currently a lot of "discussion" and this is quite sensitive. Clelary there are some things which need to be changed and we are keenly aware of this.

This is the most advanced project in Kazakhstan besides Mizek - I am excluding BKG as they are obviously not proceeding with this at these gold prices.

Does anyone know what took place in '95 - '96 for GDB

Till the time the above post was written GDB was trading at .20 +. Seems it's been a political problem. If SPE and the Kazakhstan government can continue to co-operate we should see something nice come from this.

GDB has 48 million shares issued.
