Posted this on the Blue Cheap thread: TO ALL: Concord Energy (CODE) Current price .68 Ask. CODE reported $.15 per
share NET income for six months and doubled its sales. The Cheap Investor
commented that CODE should be priced at $2 to $3.
There seems to be NOTHING negitive on the company.
What is likely, is that there was a brokerage house which placed a BUY on CODE a
couple of months ago and those clints are down 50% and likely selling to get out...
Concord is due to report again soon and the projections are $.25 per share, so a worse
case would be missing that and reporting another profit of say $.15 Well that sounds
pretty good for a Nasdaq Small Cap stock priced at $.68
There should be NO concern about the new Nasdaq requirments of a Small Cap
remaining above $1, as CODE has only closed under a $1 for two days. This new
Nasdaq requirment has a 90 day clause and CODE would have 90 days to get the
stock price back up over a $1.00

I am a speculator and I took a position in CODE at 23/32 as I believe with CODE
priced under a $1 is an OPPORTUNITY. CODE looks like a BLUE CHEAP stock to
me as it has set a new 52 week low and is reporting profits and has doubled sales.
I am not an investment advisor do your own Due diligence to see if any stock meets
your requirments to buy or sell.
I like to BUY'M low and SELL'M HIGH....seems to work better than buying high and getting STUCK forever...

Malcolm
