Tom,

Don't know about that but I was watching the trading at the close
and it seemed a little frenzied on the buy side. Right at the close they raised the bid... I don't know what this portends. I won't
be around to watch it tomorrow but it may pay to keep an eye on the open, later,p.b.

According to management: the maximum reverse will be 12 to 1 and
will not happen until at least 8-98. According to management
a reverse stock split will not occur until the company deserves it
and can support it. New Management is dedicated
