I like to see required performance measures in a contract. Usually the carrot makes the horse run faster. Detailed finance reports will help. Good article in this weeks Forbes about earnings, read it as I sat in a plane for an hour and a half ON THE RUN WAY at Detroit metro waiting for fog to lift in St. Louis. Sounds like witch hunts in some big boys trying to keep them honest. Appears to be a rash of creative financial calculations used in many companies recently.
Cash flow was highlighted as a leading indicator to watch to verify PE and accurate quarterly/annual income reports. In the Army, we have ORSIT'S. They are our hydraulic/atomic bean-counters. Give them data, set parameters and tell them the answer you want. They can produce it and have documented logical decision making processes to support and justify the answer. ADGI is poised for success. Hope we take advantage.

In the big news announcement of last week we were told that ADGI was entering into "a joint venture and equity participation with Telephonetics Overseas Corp. of Miami." Sounds like "equity participation" means that ADGI gets to pay cash that is in short supply to get 45% of a company of unknown value. Does anyone have a take on Telophonetics? char govar
