Tom: Silver closes at 2:25 PM (est) and Gold 2:30 PM (est). I know the bonds close at 3:00 PM (est). as you can see, the closing for the various futures are all of the place. Thanks for the 2 minutes update chart. Do you know if it is a delay quote every 2 minutes or the acutal "real-time" quotes delayed by 2 minutes?? No rush.

I sympathesize with the Japanese on this. Historically speaking, without exception, every bubble eventually bursts.

So why always the assumption that something CAN be done?

The U.S. wants Japan to halt a deflationary recession while at the same time maintaining the yen strong enough to avoid call for protectionism in the U.S. Now way, no how.
