Greg, well I don't know how accurate that is. I am going by the SEC's filed in the last 60 days. It just has the feel of institutional buying, and I doubt that would already be showing up. Hey, did anyone notice HYBR bought out Pacific Monolithics tonight? Sort of a similar move to HLIT buying out New Media. And Pacific Monolithics is located in Sunnyvale. Well HYBR is a vertically integrated digital company, supplying MMDS,and LMDS equipment. They are also mainly doing one-way telco return. But the difference is,HYBR and Pacific are not profitable, and now have assumed debt, with little cash.
But HYBR has 83 employees, with some high level engineers, and management with telco experience.
Tim

According to E*trade which has last updated its information on March 13th, 1998 the Institutions own 64.3% Seems pretty good but thats a lot. Nice volume and price momentum lately with insider buying. This certainly does not look like a technical move but rather a speculation of some sort. Good luck to all I bought this stock on Monday at 12.75 and again on Tuesday at 13 3/8. HLITS options also expire tomorrow!
