<< if the consensus is that AR can't be trusted, there is no way to tell whether claims to have talked with Bruce are accurate. >>

Good point. I'd rather trust godzilla with my baby.

<< While I wish AR was not around, he is not the problem; the difficulty is that Ancor has focused on storage, invested quite of bit in developing the MKII, and apparently has quite a good product, but has been unsuccessful thus far in confirming that worth of the product through an OEM agreement. >>

I agree. I do not think ar is The problem or even that significant of one. But he is a small problem and a big pain.

<< AR is not responsible for those events >>

With all due respect, how do you know this?

<< It sure is frustrating, but it is the lack of Ancor's success which enables AR to taunt us all so successfully. If Ancor lands a significant OEM agreement, AR will disappear for good. >>

Agreed. May our serpent days with adam and the vc haters come to a decent close some day. As sean 'puff daddy' combs sings, "I don't know why they hate us...is it our ladies?"

all imho

Fraud Is:

"Intentional misrepresentation, concealment, or omission of the truth for the purpose of deception or manipulation to the detriment of a person or organization. Fraud is a legal concept and the application of the term in a specific instance should be determined by a legal expert" from Barron's Finance and Investment Handbook.

I am not a legal expert, but I am an expert in human behavior. If I think about the hypothetical "profile" and possible motivations for what are posts that intentionally misrepresent the truth - "taunting" the gang on the Ancor thread is way down the list. All you have to do is consider the broader context of actual persons who are badmouthing Ancor (see previous posts on this thread). I guess (by definition) if you feel like you are being taunted it is not fraud - if you feel like you are being duped - it may be.

Although Ancor has not signed an OEM at this time, I see the Ancor bashing as a separate parallel process. I don't believe it will go away if Ancor is successful. I do not believe that Ancor bashing is a benign process that will be cancelled out by an OEM contract. I also do not believe it is a benign process when it comes to shareholders. The timing of the fake post after the announcement of the lost Sun deal was no accident.

For the record, I am being deceived and not taunted.
