I agree with CJ and Cheryl. Things are looking strong,,,, that's why I bought back in today.

Nevertheless, IMO answers to a few questions would make the company STRONGER. The 10K will not address shares issued after the first of the year.

By the way, I went by the location of the Myriad offices last week. Looks like a nice office and a good location. Their offices are in a nice-looking high rise on the ocean in Long Beach. Ira asked that I not talk to them in greater detail until the deal has closed. I am in Northern California and Myriad is in Southern California. I travel to So. California on business regularly. I have spoke briefly with Ted Colo (of Myriad) a couple of times. My impression has been very positive. I'll report back when I've had a chance to speak with Ted after the deal closing.

Leroy/Mark,

How come you two waited for me to go to dinner before declaring
war on the numbers. I have this arsenal waiting to be fired and
you guys go to war, win a few skermishes and now I'm not sure if
you have retreated or are regrouping. I applaud your efforts
to uncover the facts. I feel your questions were neither off-handed
nor inappropriate. I give management an "A" for its business acumen
thus far, but poor marks in getting something so vital out to its
shareholders.

Since the management has been successful in bringing us this far,
I have decided to trust in their stewardship of the company. If
the numbers are not justifiable when we get to see them I will
scurry along with many others to turn my shares back over to the
company or whomever is willing to buy them on the open market.

Yes, this is a bit of attitude adjustment for me. What clinched
it was IRA taking the time to tell us why he couldn't make the
conference call. Also, BCfan coming on right behind him (hi Rob),
and trying to explain it a bit more. This in my opinion is a
well orchestrated effort to keep us informed during these fast
moving times. Looking forward with increased expectations.

Kevin
