Credit card scam... And note, please, it was linked to home equity lines of credit. Wouldn't have happened if it had a secure fingerprint system. That's what I say. Jean

Rick, Many people are still not aware of the following: (from your link) "New technologies developed by the defense industry are spreading into law enforcement, civilian agencies, and private companies. At the same time, outdated laws and regulations are failing to check an expanding pattern of abuses." -not to mention, the general public! Having been a victim of the above (no one could possibly imagine), I've been rudely awakened to the fact that there are some very odd people in this world who obviously don't have a lot to do with their time. And, yes, I can credit my unfortunate experiences to my strong interest in IDX. JL
