People forget about IBD! The news was out long before the selloff occuured, it was just a lot of people taking profits and Im sure MMs having some fun. Rumor I heard was one person sold 400k shares in the minutes before the close. Hopefully to cover a short! The company is a hold regardless of IBD. Why would you people buy a stock on its own merits and oh by the way IBD is calling to find out some info then sell after hearing it is being paid for by DGIV? First call the IR firm... IBD called about DGIV... DGIV did not call IBD. The article (not an add) is over 2800 characters long. And also look for news in Mondays edition rather than Wednesdays. It is going to be on the front page of the "Corporate Investors" section. There was some confusion between the IR and IBD concerning this point but its all straightened out now. This one is a keeper so dont let the MMs scare ya like they did w/ BAAT, NETZ and hundreds of others. There is a lot of good news coming!! IMHO

ALL of the selling happened in the last 15 min. of trading and it only amounted to about 400,000 - 500,000 shares on a day of trading that toped 2,800,000
