Thank you for the in-depth analysis. I did print it, and plan to study it closer. Is there anything positive to be said about the options and their potential dilution effect? One unknown factor is the potential rate of growth going forward. In other words, why would management deliberately sabotage the stock price? Greed generally is the forerunner of more greed. Maybe the rate of growth going forward is a lot higher than we anticipate. Have other growth companies offered the same type of options early in their development?

Thread -

Several folks on this thread have contacted PTIS
management in the past.

Would someone forward them my analysis and ask
PTIS to comment.

Especially about the warrants.

I think many of us know that the CEO has said in the past
that he was selling shares for reasons OTHER THAN THE FACT
that he as getting shares at $0.75.

The reasons he gave were far afield of getting shares,
alot of shares, for practically zero.

In my part of the country - this is called lying.

Not in a legalistic sense - just a common trust your
management sense.

John McCarthy
