Leroy, If you have ever been in a business negotiation you know this is peanuts compared to what a manager has to confront at the corporate level. No apologies are necessary, to IRA or anyone else. The questions being asked are honest and legitimate without malice. The answers I fear are not so straight forward because of changing circumstances and targets of opportunity. Whomever coined the phase patience is a virtue, said nothing about having money on the line. That does seem to change everything. I'm starting to ramble again. Good night all.
