BG, I always agreed that DGIV is real good long term stock...For those who are long with this stock, keep the cert. in the basement for a year and then see how much it will appreciate...DGIV may have more volatility tomorrow and, like I said before, if it dips I will accumulate more shares for my long term play....For those short-term players, I would expect they could get all money back next week for what they paid today... Good Luck

Byron,
Thanks for the updates. You are very informative and I do not sense any 'hype' in your postings.

I read the article from IBD and it just confirms that DGIV has been taking advantage of the opportunities by partnering with emerging economies worldwide.

The buyback program would give them more financial muscle when it comes to acquisitions and joint ventures. This is what they offered when they closed the deal with JD International. JDI has joint venture operations in Seoul, Korea operating as CNG Spacecom Ltd. and partnerships maintaining network long distance telephone access points in Seoul, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Taipei, and Vancouver, Canada. International long distance traffic between Hong Kong, Taipei, and North America presently runs to 700,000 minutes per month. Digitcom management projects the acquisition could contribute $10 million in annualized revenue by the third quarter of 1998.

Also, their latest announced agreement with Louis International
Telecommunications & Equipment to provide U.S. International long distance circuits and termination for Louis International's European call re-origination services and international long distance services. Terms of the agreement commit Louis International to bring $1 Million per month or more in traffic to Digitcom's U.S. telephone switching facility within 90 days of signing.
