Speaking of ESST. They are being sued by a CUBE customer. SINGAPORE, March 19 (Reuters) - Creative Technology Ltd said on Thursday it had filed a patent infringement lawsuit against Diamond Multimedia Systems DIMD.O and ESS Technology ESST.O. The suit for damages and injunctive relief was filed in a U.S. District Court in California by Creative and its E-mu Systems Inc unit last week, Creative said in a statement. Diamond Multimedia Systems in a PC add-in board company and ESS Technology is a semiconductor company. The suit relates to PCI audio technology used in Diamond's Sonic Impact family of sound cards and ESS's Maestro-2 audio chip, it said.
