For those interested how companies appear in IBD in these circumstances, look at page A22 in the Wednesday March 22, 1998 issue. The Banner is titled "Investor's News Wire ...a corporate news update" with the word "Advertisement" listed on both sides of the title. The bottom of the page has two boxes, the first reads: BOX 1: "Circulate Your Company's News to over 800,000 of the Nation's most serious Investors, Brokers, and Money Managers. For rates and placement information, contact: NewsWire Department Investor's Business Daily 1-800-231-4579, ext. 6711" IMHO, a good company advertising the merits of ownership in the company isn't bad, and I think stockholders should appreciate efforts like this. But, in defense of some disgruntled traders/investors I appreciate the temporary disappointment realized when all of the circumstances are presented. That's all from me, trying to get some pertinent facts out, while trying to dodge flames from shorts and longs at the same time. Good Luck to all, JM
