It sure as hell better exceed 1:20 -- a ratio of 1 to 20 is 0.05.

Maybe whoever typed that doesn't understand basic mathematical notation (or does but has no idea of normal book-to-bill ratio ranges)? Or was it just a really unprofessional typo?
