Steve, I placed a limit order to buy 10 Call SEV April 30 at 1.25 today and it got filled by Waterhouse.

Guess what? 1.25 was the lowest of the trading range today. Total volume today was in the 300's. So am I just lucky or this is just an aberation - my option buy got filled at the bid!

Anyway, Waterhouse does have a steeper commission for option. It costs me close to $40 for commission alone on 10 contracts. How much would Fidelity charge?
