Steve, I believe Brad is preparing a detailed answer for both you and Emerson. However, I would like to point out to you that if the transfer agent is unable to produce your share certs in a timely manner (as mandated by law), he loses his license. Shorted or not (i.e. borrowed or not), the MMs must give up the stocks or raise their bid price to buy in more stock in order to meet the call. I tell you: I'd hate to be in their shoes at this point... <VBG> Z
