Good Evening Duane: I am at a loss trying to figure out why the sell off of APAT. Made a phone call today and the person I visited with had no idea why N.E. Ventures would sell or were selling. I hope to have an answer in the next few days. The only thing I can think of is N.E. Ventures is an arm of the Economic Development in Aberdeen and they did purchase shares when the original deal to move APAT to Aberdeen was initiated. Perhaps they are turning some share to cash because they are working with other Companies moving to Aberdeen?

According to the person I visited with today, things are moving along and there are evaluation units out. Of course this takes time to turn to any sort of sales.

Still hanging in there.

Really crappy here. Snow still on the ground and the streets are icey. Need a good warming spell to get things going. The good thing is that we received some much needed moisture and the golf course should really blossom in the next 30 days.

Trying to shake off the butt kicking I have taken in the past couple of days. Been a tough market for me. My investment style might just be CD's from here on in.

Here's to better times and hitting em straighter.

Jim
