Tianrong Building Material Holdings, Ltd. Increases Stake In
Nighthawk Entertainment Corp.; Launches "Sea Eye" Project

NEW YORK, March 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Tianrong Building Material
Holdings, Ltd. (OTC Bulletin Board: TNRG - news) announced today that it
has increased its stake in Nighthawk Entertainment Corp. by buying an
additional 30% of the shares outstanding. This brings the total number
of shares owned by Tianrong to approximately 96%.

Tianrong further announced that it has approved Nighthawk's proposal
to begin project development of the ''Sea Eye'' project. The Sea Eye
project uses the neural network inversion theory and the 3D finite
element method to detect moving bodies in the seas and oceans. In
addition to Nighthawk's research team, several scientists from Columbia
University will be attending the Sea Eye project. The company has had
several meetings with the United States Navy regarding this project and
also anticipates applications within the oil industry.

Tianrong President James Tilton stated, ''The announcement of the
Sea Eye project is one obvious reason why we have aggressively pursued
the acquisition of Nighthawk shares. We anticipate further developments
with other Nighthawk projects in the near future.''

Tianrong is a business development company that has set as its goal
the acquisition of businesses in numerous industries and plans to apply
Tianrong's management expertise to quickly grow value in the acquired
businesses. It is anticipated that on a long-term basis some of its
acquisitions may be spun-off to Tianrong shareholders via stock
dividends.

Sergio -

Because of my utmost respect for this thread, I will only post those stocks, at the time I get in, that I think will have the best future for sustained price appreciation and growth. There are very few threads out there that contain the caliber of posters that this one does. I see none of the immature flaming and histrionics that is so prevalant on the other threads.

I am in many different stocks but feel that there are a few out there that have enormous potential because of 1)proprietary, breakthrough technology, 2)contracts and/or acquisitions that are forthcoming,3) new management that will dramatically turn a company around and many other significant factors. Those I will post here (if you don't mind). As you know I look primarily at penny stocks like MEME .15 to $2.50 in 2 days, ALYA, TNRG (.05 to .31 in 4 days) and several others. I'm not a day trader but I will take profits when the situation presents itself (who wouldn't?). I sometimes get into the Big Board stocks but the possibility for gains in the pennies (even though much riskier) are quite substantial.

Anyway, thanks again for making me feel welcome here.

Richard
