I agree 100% on what you said about Margo, a great lady. I never met her in person, but I used to call her near the end of the quarters to get information. When things weren't going well, you can feel the stress in her voice. I sent her some FTD flowers once to cheer her up, don't know if she ever got them.

Hi, Maurice, welcome back to the land of the posting SSAXers. Say, would you mind giving this thread the benefit of your succint recapitulation of the 3 recent Filings? Something about a a DEFR14A, a 10-K/A, and one before that. I get the auto notice, but I'm not adept at "ferreting hidden/legalese meanings" Thx. O/49r
