Nighthawk Entertainment Corp.; Launches "Sea Eye" Project

NEW YORK, March 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Tianrong Building Material
Holdings, Ltd. (OTC Bulletin Board: TNRG - news) announced today that it
has increased its stake in Nighthawk Entertainment Corp. by buying an
additional 30% of the shares outstanding. This brings the total number
of shares owned by Tianrong to approximately 96%.

Tianrong further announced that it has approved Nighthawk's proposal
to begin project development of the ''Sea Eye'' project. The Sea Eye

several meetings with the United States Navy regarding this project and
also anticipates applications within the oil industry.

Tianrong President James Tilton stated, ''The announcement of the
Sea Eye project is one obvious reason why we have aggressively pursued
the acquisition of Nighthawk shares. We anticipate further developments
with other Nighthawk projects in the near future.''

Tianrong is a business development company that has set as its goal
the acquisition of businesses in numerous industries and plans to apply
Tianrong's management expertise to quickly grow value in the acquired
