Check out INIS for shorting. It has risen to over 31 in a very short period. They have produced no product to date and I have heard that they have not received licenses from the NRC and FDA for production.

The SEC and NASD are just about impotent. Even though Wedbush was advised by the NASD not to do buy-ins above the market, they did so on behalf of Waldron in front of the whole world which was watching by this point. Now that IBUY and Waldron have clearly been exposed for fraud, Wedbush ought to reverse the trades. Otherwise it's lawsuit time for aiding and abetting, etc. Already we've cut off business with them and have convinced others to do so until they rebate/reverse the trade. There is vindication in that we've still got a good sized position short and this thing is headed for the grey market on Tuesday April 7. Without the 15c2-11 which Waldron will never get, they can't quote the stock so, you will see less than $5 soon enough.
