Just my two cents here, but I disagee with fears of a reverse merger. If the company is not legit, a reverse merger can be deadly. If you do a 10 x 1 reverse, your 10,000 shares at .02 become 1000 shares worth .20. If the company is lousy, those 1000 shares can soon be worth .02.. On the other hand, large floats (like 100 million shares) work against good companies. It becomes very very hard to move the stock price up on good news and earnings because the float is so large. If you can't move the price up, the company can't qualify for a NASDAQ listing. If it can't qualify, it cannot be traded by institutional investors.. the domino effect goes on and on and on. I would rather have 1000 shares worth $1 than 10,000 shares worth a .10 of a legit company.. Kath

Hello folks..! just wanted to hop in and say that i am one of the new shareholders of CVIA, i am just small time compared to you other players . Only took on 1500 shares... and got on when the price was.0227 But we going to hold for the long term and see what happens. I have noticed a decline on the post allso . That is why i wanted to hop in and let you know some body is setting on the side lines reading and watching. I have been such a nuciance lately...i hated to get on and ask any more questions..!! And bye the way....thanks to all of the people that have replyied to all my questions i have asked on here..... even thought they may have been off topic a little some times. (Most of time)..But as i am typing here now.... i only get 3 post a day right now... untill i decide to send in some money.Hopefully i will be able to join the group soon.!
