I suspect you are right, APCO may top here for the time being. The current PE is a high compared to the normal range. It may even have established a new trading range for its PE as you suggested, that could easily be a result of the increase in institutional ownership that the Kenny Securities people brought.

Every time in the past that I have tried to get cute and trade this puppy, it ran away from me. I am not selling, now or in the near future. Someone else said $20 by year end, I am not going to dispute that. I suspect $18 by February of 1999. With that figure in mind, I have a stock that will go up nearly 50% in the next year.....hmmm, I think I will hold it.

Yo Fro, I think we had that short term top you speak of the last few days and judgeing by volume so far today we may very well break 13,which I put at the next resistance,I'm long on this filly but I've been enjoying her little sprints lately.The annual meeting is june 3rd in Atlanta,funds are busy buying! cheers
