If the person who knows AOL best sold 500,000 shares, he must have felt that the full valuation has been reached. But many analysts keep pumping the stock as it is a "safe haven".

Merrill's analyst has come to his senses. I expect another analyst will come out and downgrade AOL as well and then claimed that he was among the first one to call the top. The herd mentality of analysts will trigger more downgrades.
