David,

I've been trying to find info on the company, so I can call them as well. Would you mind sharing the phone number of their investor relations guy/gal??

I took a small position yesterday, and I'm thinking of adding more, but I need to do some first hand DD first.

Rick

I was just surfing around the net and found a reference to Headstrong having just recently filed for bankruptcy protection. Does anyone out there have any information to agree or disagree? Also read that they were being evicted for non-payment of rent, again is there anyone out there who knows?

I have tried to call the company but no one returns the calls, no news in a very long time. Companies should never leave their owners (shareholders) out in the cold for such a long time. I can only tell you that I have purchased an HDST helmet at Christmas from Wal Mart and have not seen any since.

Holding out hope that there's a company left here. At one time, there were rumors that a German co. was going to buy us out for somewhere around $1.25 per share. Just goes to show you can't believe everything you read.

That's why I'd like to verify the word out there on bankruptcy. I think it was reported in a newspaper in the Boston area in Jan. 1998
